What is maintenance?

We ensure the corrective maintenance (corrections of anomalies) of Dokiel and the adaptations that we have made for you, within the time limits stipulated by contract. We provide you with the necessary application components, while respecting your production constraints, without being dependent on the release schedules of Dokiel versions.

Contribution to Dokiel

Each maintenance contract taken out improves the quality of Dokiel's computer code, for the benefit of all of its users and participates in the financing of future developments, from which, in turn, you will benefit.

This principle of shared maintenance pools costs for all users.

    We provide you with a system for creating and tracking anomaly tickets, a central communication tool between our teams.

  • Source hosting, compilation system and environment for making application components available

    We host the sources of your Dokiel, to which you have access. We will configure the system for compiling the application components necessary for your needs, before making them available, in an environment that is specific to you.

  • Qualification server

    We open a qualification server for you to test the fixes before delivery.
